QC

There are two types of QC, historical and run data. Where historical data is used to look at trends:

  • Normalized Chromosome Denominators should have similar values between runs
  • fetal fraction must be 2% or higher

Historical

Fetal fraction over time

The fetal fraction vs time plot show that we have some runs containing samples with low levels of ff, those samples aren't safe to report.

Normalized Chromosome Denominator

One run have NCD values that deviate from the other runs, at least for Chr Y. It could be appropriate to look a bit closer at that run.

Run

Reads distribution per sample

Plot displaying reads per sample and chromosome, samples should have about the same amount of reads.

Fetal fraction over time

Same plot as the one showed for historical data with the current run being highlighted.
